Q: Where does the card ship from?

A: All cards will ship from Norway safely with padded envelopes.

Q: How long time does it take to shop items?

A: All orders ship within 24 hours after order is placed. After shipment it will take between 3-24 days before you receive your cards. All depends on where you live.

Q: Is the card as seen on the picture?

A: Yes! All cards are photographed prior to announcing on the site. What you see are what you will receive.

Q: Can I return a card after receiving it?

A: No! Returns are not accepted because it may return in a worse condition.

Note that at special occasions we may accept it if the card is returned In same sealed envelope that we sent it in.

Q: Can I sell a card to SHBCARDS?

A: Yes, we do buy cards from our customers!
